How much is shipping?

Shipping is free, with tracking, on orders of $50 or more. Orders under $50 have a flat $4.95 tracked shipping fee, shown at checkout before you pay.

How long will my order take?

Orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days. Delivery usually takes 7–15 business days after dispatch, depending on where you are. You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Where do orders ship from?

Orders ship from our fulfilment partners' warehouses. If you order several items, they may arrive in separate parcels.

How do I track my order?

Which currencies can I pay in?

Prices are shown in your local currency in most countries, including USD, GBP, EUR, AED, SAR, CAD and AUD. You can change your country at the top or bottom of the page.

Which payment methods do you accept?

All major cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), plus Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay where available.

Can I return an item?

Yes. You can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Email support@moarsi.com to start a return. See our refund policy for details.

Do I need an account to order?

No, you can check out as a guest. An account lets you see your order history and check out faster next time.

Are your products medical devices?

No. Our products are designed for general comfort, fitness and relaxation. If you have a medical condition, are pregnant or have an implanted device, please check with your doctor before use.
