Shipping policy

Free tracked shipping on orders over $50

Orders of $50 or more ship free, worldwide, with tracking. Orders under $50 have a flat $4.95 tracked shipping fee, shown at checkout before you pay.

Processing time

Orders are prepared and dispatched within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.

Delivery time

Standard delivery usually takes 7–15 business days from dispatch, depending on your location. Delivery times are estimates and can be affected by customs, weather or carrier delays.

Order tracking

As soon as your order ships, we email you a tracking number. Tracking can take up to 48 hours to update in the carrier's system.

Duties and taxes

Depending on your country, import duties or taxes may apply on delivery. These are set by your local customs authority.

Shipping address

Please check your address carefully at checkout. We can't be responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by an incorrect or incomplete address. If you spot a mistake, email us straight away and we'll do our best to update it before dispatch.

Lost or late parcels

If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated time, contact us at support@moarsi.com. We'll investigate with the carrier and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
